CocoonFMS® Ltd makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for purpose, or currency of any information produced by this tool. Users must exercise their own judgment when interpreting the results.

This tool and its outputs are not suitable for use in regulatory compliance, pricing models, contractual commitments, or detailed operational planning without independent verification. Use of the data is entirely at the user’s own risk.

Emissions Estimates

Emission values may be updated periodically without notice to maintain alignment with evolving standards (e.g., DEFRA, GLEC, ISO 14083).

All emissions figures are approximate and may differ from actual emissions due to variables outside our control.

The tool uses commonly accepted methodologies and emission factors available at the time of calculation but may not reflect the latest scientific or legislative developments.

Carbon Offsetting Clarification

• Tree planting initiatives referenced in this tool are intended to contribute positively to environmental restoration but do not constitute formal carbon offsetting.
• Verified carbon credits should only be purchased through accredited providers, following internationally recognised standards (e.g., Gold Standard, Verified Carbon Standard).
• Any carbon credits calculated via this tool are rounded to the nearest full tonne for ease of reference and are indicative only.

Prohibited Uses

1. Third-Party Disclosure
   You may not disclose, distribute, publish, or share data generated from this tool with third parties without the prior written consent of CocoonFMS® Ltd.
2. Commercial Exploitation / Data Scraping
   The content, data structures, algorithms, and outputs of this tool are protected intellectual property. Scraping, harvesting, reverse engineering, or systematically extracting data—either manually or via automated means—for commercial gain or resale is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action under UK copyright, database rights, and contract law.
3. Integration into External Tools or Platforms
   This tool may not be integrated into external platforms, dashboards, calculators, or customer-facing products without explicit, written permission and licensing agreement from CocoonFMS® Ltd.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, CocoonFMS® Ltd disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or reliance upon, the tool or its outputs.
